WE work with only the finest quality chocolate and have partnerships with some of the best cocoa processors in Europe who supply us with a wide range of covertures. We select beans from the equatorial regions of Africa, Asia and South America to ensure we have the best chocolate. Our staple chocolate is milk, dark and white, in addition to this we offer numerous varieties of speciality chocolate.
We are certified Fairtrade and Organic Chocolate producers. Other speciality chocolates used include Acticoa™, naturally high in antioxidants and even medically approved products. Not only can the chocolate be Fairtrade or Organic, we can also supply Fairtrade nuts and dried fruit enrobed or incorporated into the product. Branded liqueurs are available to enhance truffle centres and are frequently used in recipe development.
