OUR factory is flexible and efficient, utilising available modern technology to offer a vast product range. We are equipped with the latest Swiss machinery to mould and fill chocolates including Knobel one-shot depositors. Our latest investment is a high capacity solid and filled bar moulding plant.
Our skilled Chocolatier is an expert in developing new and exciting recipes or working to your bespoke requirements. From concept, and trial runs through to the finished product, we work with you every step of the way. Our flexible production capability ranges from small trial runs to our maximum capacity of up to a tonne of chocolate per hour.
Our diverse range includes both filled and solid bars, novelty shapes, enrobed fruit and nuts to truffle balls with a variety of fillings, including praline and liqueur centres.
We hold a vast stock of moulds including many interesting shapes and work with skilled mould makers if a new or bespoke shape is required.
Quality management is a vital part of our processes and we are fully BRC certified, to ensure we meet the high standards of any retailer.
